The Peoples\u2019 National Convention (PNC) has disassociated itself from the party’s General Secretary, Bernard Mornah’s decision to challenge the provisions of the Constitutional Instrument(C.I) 75 which makes biometric verification a prerequisite for voting.<\/p>\n
According to Bernard Mornah, the \u201cNo Verification No Vote\u201d provision breaches article 42 of the 1992 constitution.<\/p>\n
