Joan Rivers, who died Thursday at\u00a0age\u00a081, will leave the world in style:\u00a0There will be a red carpet at\u00a0her\u00a0NYC\u00a0funeral on Sunday \u2014 and it will be buried with\u00a0her,\u00a0The Insider With Yahoo<\/em>\u00a0has confirmed.<\/p>\n The\u00a0service will take place at\u00a0Temple Emanu-El, where\u00a0Rivers\u00a0was a member. The invitation-only event will be a star-studded\u00a0affair. “A lot of celebrities confirmed,” a source\u00a0tells\u00a0Us Weekly<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n Rivers, who was famous for asking celebs \u201cWho are you wearing?\u201d at award shows, had wanted her funeral to be glamorous “with lights, cameras, action,” she\u00a0wrote<\/a>\u00a0in her 2012 book,\u00a0I Hate Everyone\u2026 Starting with Me<\/em>.<\/p>\n “I want Craft services, I want paparazzi and I want publicists making a scene!” she added. “I want it to be Hollywood all the way. I don’t want some rabbi rambling on; I want Meryl Streep crying, in five different accents. I don’t want a eulogy; I want Bobby Vinton to pick up my head and sing ‘Mr. Lonely.’ I want to look gorgeous, better dead than I do alive. I want to be buried in a Valentino gown and I want Harry Winston to make me a toe tag. And I want a wind machine so that even in the casket my hair is blowing just like Beyonce’s.”<\/p>\n Though her service is in NYC, the comic\u2019s\u00a0final resting place<\/a>\u00a0will be at the famous Forest Lawn Cemetery in Los Angeles, where numerous stars, from Elizabeth Taylor to Michael Jackson, are buried.<\/p>\n
