An early grade reading assessment by the NEA revealed that 98% of primary two pupils can neither read nor understand English.<\/p>\n

The Citi Breakfast Show discussed the issue and spoke to Mr. Aheto Tsegah who admitted that the survey is unacceptable.<\/p>\n
