Wilmar Africa Limited, producers of Frytol cooking oil and importers of Fortune Rice, has donated bags of rice and gallons cooking oil towards the 2018 edition of Citi FM’s annual Easter Orphan Project.<\/p>\n

Human Resource Manager for Wilmar Africa, Mr. Dan Benah, who made the donation on behalf of the company, said the gesture is part of their corporate social responsibility towards the less privileged in society.<\/p>\n

The Easter Orphan Project forms part of Citi FM\u2019s<\/strong> corporate social responsibility activities.<\/p>\n

The orphanages, which Citi FM<\/strong> has been supporting for 13 years, include the Baptist School Complex (BASCO) an orphanage at Trotor, near Suhum in the Eastern Region, the Handivangelism Orphanage at Haatso in Accra and Mama Laadi Orphanage at Bolgatanga in the Upper East Region.<\/p>\n

More donations welcomed for Easter Orphan Project<\/strong><\/p>\n

Although several donations towards the Citi FM<\/strong> Easter Orphan Project have been received, more donations are still welcomed.<\/p>\n

The donations can be in the form of cash or items including toiletries, bags of rice, canned foods, drinks, detergents, stationery etc.<\/p>\n

Donations can be delivered in person at the premises of Citi FM<\/strong> at Adabraka, behind the Adabraka Police Station, while cash donations can be made via mobile money via 0550 900 006.<\/p>\n
