The Ministry of Works and Housing has said the 1,500 flats under the Saglemi Housing Project have not been occupied because it has not yet perused the original documents covering the project.<\/p>\n
According to the Ministry, the Mahama administration failed to present to the current government with the original documents covering the project.<\/p>\n
The first phase of the $180 million project was inaugurated by President John Mahama on June 15, 2016.<\/p>\n
The entire project is expected to produce 5,000 housing units for low and middle-income earners in the country.<\/p>\n
