Land acquisition leading to prolonged litigation is a major challenge faced by developers and institutions in the country. There have been instances where one piece of land has been sold to several people.<\/p>\n

Surprisingly, all most of the people manage to produce documentation to prove ownership. Some people sometimes employ land guards to protect the said piece of land.<\/p>\n

Some people have lost their lives through land disputes. Others have also sustained various degrees of injury due to same.<\/p>\n

Some very important national projects have faced challenges because of land disputes.<\/p>\n
