There have been instances where one piece of land has been sold to several people.<\/p>\n<p>Surprisingly, all most of the people manage to produce documentation to prove ownership. Some people sometimes employ land guards to protect the said piece of land.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Some people have lost their lives through land disputes.
