But according to\u00a0<em>la Repubblica Napoli,\u00a0<\/em>the tech giant may have lost in court by attacking the brothers specifically over their Steve Jobs logo \u2014 a stylized letter \u201cJ\u201d with a bite taken out of the side and topped with a very Apple-esque leaf.<\/p>\n<p>However, the court ruled that the letter \u201cJ\u201d isn\u2019t edible and therefore the bite could not be ripping off Apple\u2019s own iconic logo, and upheld the brother\u2019s trademark.<\/p>\n<p id=\"A8srf3\">The pair are set to continue working on products under the Steve Jobs brand, with including bags, t-shirts, jeans, and other fashion accessories.<\/p>\n<p>That said,\u00a0in an interview with\u00a0Business Insider Italia, the brothers mention that the goal of the Steve Jobs brand is to eventually release electronics, although they have yet to reveal specific plans there \u2014 meaning one day, there could very well be a Steve Jobs phone competing in stores right next to Jobs\u2019 own iPhone.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Source: The Verge<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After years of legal battles, a pair of brothers \u2014 Vincenzo and Giacomo Barbato \u2014 have successfully managed to win a legal battle against Apple, earning the right to call their company \u201cSteve Jobs,\u201d after Apple\u2019s iconic founder, according to\u00a0la Repubblica Napoli.
