Kwame Sefa Kayi, Host of Peace FM’s morning show, Kokrokoo, was on Wednesday named the Professor PAV Ansah Journalist of the year, 2016.<\/p>\n
According to the Awards Committee, Mr. Sefa Kayi has been outstanding in the year under review. He is said to have used his brand and platform to raise funds to procure incubators to save dying babies in selected hospitals across the country.<\/p>\n
For the first time, the overall journalist gets a three bedroom house from KOANS Building Solutions. Mr. Sefa Kayi also received a Kingsize mattress, a plaque and a certificate.<\/p>\n
A total of 35 journalists from television, radio, print and online media, are being recognized for their hard work in producing compelling stories in 2016.<\/p>\n
