They are taking leadership in ensuring that all the sector ministries are implementing a SDGs\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv1025079858MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The global community last year said goodbye to the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and embraced the SDGs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv1025079858MsoNormal\">The SDGs adopted by world leaders at the United Nations Sustainable Development Summit on 25 September 2015 represents a commitment by all nations to work together to end poverty, achieve shared prosperity, build peace, and secure a life of dignity and a healthy planet for present and future generations<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Government has started translating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into its programme and policy planning processes.
