Mariah Carey is in talks to sign up to Jay-Z\u2019s Roc Nation management company.<\/p>\n
The \u2018All I Want For Christmas Is You\u2019 singer sacked her manager of three years Stella Bulochnikov earlier this month, and according to The New York Post\u2019s Page Six column she is about to sign with Roc Nation, whose top artists include Rihanna and Demi Lovato.<\/p>\n
A source said: \u201cMariah is cleaning house. She is getting legitimate people, assistants, a lawyer, and Stella is not happy about it.\u201d<\/p>\n
Both Mariah and Roc Nation are yet to confirm the reports.<\/p>\n
It was previously reported the pop diva has left music career in the hands of her backup-dancer boyfriend Bryan Tanaka, but his role has now been clarified as that of \u201ccreative director\u201d.<\/p>\n
The insider added: \u201cPreviously, there were all kinds of people involved [in her career] and Mariah didn\u2019t even know those people. She had to distance herself from all that and she\u2019s now cleaning house.\u201d<\/p>\n
Bryan, 34, started dating the \u2018Touch My Body\u2019 singer following her high-profile split from the Australian billionaire James Packer.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Stella Bulochniko announced her and Mariah\u2019s \u201cmutual\u201d decision to go their separate ways in a statement released earlier this month.<\/p>\n
The statement said: \u201cAfter working together for almost three years, Mariah Carey and Stella Bulochnikov have determined that it is in their mutual best interest to part ways on day-to-day management.<\/p>\n
\u201cDuring their time working together, they have accomplished great things, including, most recently, Mariah Carey\u2019s new music and motion picture projects for this upcoming holiday season. Mariah Carey and Stella Bulochnikov remain partners in a number of business ventures, and will continue to support each other in those endeavours.\u201d<\/p>\n
