<\/p>\nGhanaian artiste Charles Nii Armah Mensah known in showbiz as\u00a0Shatta Wale\u00a0has \u2018blamed\u2019 Sarkodie for being disrespected by some Nigerian artistes at the One Africa Music Festival.<\/p>\n
Shatta Wale\u00a0who has recently taken up a campaign against Nigeria\u2019s music invasion into Ghana, tweeted that Sarkodie allowed himself to be despised at the concert.<\/p>\n
\u201cSarkodie doesn\u2019t listen, it\u2019s high time u respect your brand bro\u2026 they using you too much\u2026don\u2019t vex for the truth ..Respek.,\u201d he tweeted.<\/p>\n
His statement was a reply to Sarkodie\u2019s tweet explaining to\u00a0Shatta Wale\u00a0why he did not mount the stage after the seeming sabotage by the Nigerian artiste.<\/p>\n
\u201cNii wo kasa dodo lol agoro wo wani so \u2026 nobody plays with my brand and that be why we no step on that stage \u2026 I just feel for the fans that b why I tweet \u2026 you know me gyae ruff lol,\u201d Sarkodie had earlier tweeted.<\/p>\n

Sarkodie declined to perform at the One Africa Music Festival which was held in Dubai yesterday 16th<\/sup>\u00a0November, 2017 because he felt disrespected by some Nigerian artistes.<\/p>\n Reports have it that Sarkodie was told that he would perform after Tiwa Savage, only to see Wizkid join Tiwa on stage when it has not been announced he was the next act. Then the organisers informed Sarkodie he would perform after Tekno. But again, Davido also joined Tekno on stage unannounced.<\/p>\n The host, Banky W, mentioned that Sarkodie was coming up next, just to have been told again that Davido was coming on stage.<\/p>\n George Mensah Britton, a Ghanaian blogger who also went to the festival gave his account on Facebook.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen Sark was just about hitting the stage, Davido\u2019s guy attacked Black Nana by pushing him to the floor to allow Davido perform. Ugly scenes.
