The winner of\u00a0Citi FM\u2019s<\/strong>\u00a0Best Boss Promotion, Afua Nana Kyerewah Ababio, will be celebrated on Saturday, 11th<\/sup>\u00a0November, 2017 at the Peduase Valley Resort with a party.<\/p>\n Afua, who is the Head of Private Banking at the Royal Bank, will be joined by thirty (30) of her colleagues at the Resort for the special party.<\/p>\n Afua emerged winner out of about fifty (50) entries that were received from employees of different companies nominating their bosses for the Best Boss Promo.<\/p>\n The promotion, which ran for about two weeks, sought to honour one exceptional boss of a company.<\/p>\n Listeners of\u00a0Citi 97.3 FM<\/strong>\u00a0were asked to send a write-up of not more than 100 words on why their bosses should be celebrated.<\/p>\n In addition to the write-up, the listeners were also asked to add their contact details, the boss\u2019 position and the company\u2019s name.<\/p>\n The station initiated \u2018The Best Boss Promotion\u2019 in celebration of the International Boss\u2019 Day which was held on October 16, 2017.<\/p>\n The International Boss\u2019 Day is set aside for employees to thank their bosses for being kind and fair throughout the year. The day was created for the purpose of strengthening the bond between employers and employees.<\/p>\n Afua Nana Kyerewah Ababio\u2019s subordinate, who participated in the promotion, described her as \u201cconfident, affable, caring, and a generous boss.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cMy department is the most enviable, thanks to the sense of community she\u2019s [Afua Nana Kyerewah Ababio] built in the department. She is our personal groomer. She knows how and when to appreciate and discipline\u201d portions of the letter read.<\/p>\n
