But I am still with them. The group is still intact and people should expect more songs from 4\u00d74 and more singles from Captain Planet,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, it was reported that the foundation of the group was wobbly and that a possible break up was imminent.<\/p>\n<p>Captain Planet whose latest \u2018Obi Agye Obi Girl\u2019 is gaining rotation on most radio stations had earlier released several solo projects like \u2018The Good Bad Girl,\u2019 \u2018Sangbelegbe\u2019 and \u2018No New Friends.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Talking about the motivation behind his latest banger \u2018Obi Agye Obi Girl,\u2019 he said he composed the song from conversations that go on in our environment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI heard a lot of stories from friends and what we call barbers-shop stories and those from movies and this is a story everything girl or guy can relate to,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>When asked if he had had a personal experience before he said \u201cyes, I have snatched people\u2019s girlfriends from them before and people have also taken my girl before but I couldn\u2019t say it because I feared my friends would laugh at me,\u201d he quipped.<\/p>\n<p>Captain Planet\u2019s latest hit \u2018Obi Agye Obi Girl\u2019 which features Kofi Kinaata talks about how painful it when one\u2019s girlfriend is snatched from him and how enjoyable it is when someone takes another person\u2019s girlfriend.<\/p>\n<p>Less than a month after its released \u2018Obi Agye Obi Girl\u2019 has become an anthem among music lovers.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013<\/p>\n<p>By: Kwame Dadzie\/citifmonline.com\/Ghana<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hiplife musician Captain Planet has told\u00a0Citi Showbiz\u00a0in an exclusive interview that he has not broken away from the 4\u00d74 music trio as has been recently speculated.
