National Super Alliance (Nasa) leader\u00a0Raila Odinganow says he can only dialogue with President\u00a0Uhuru Kenyatta\u00a0on holding fresh elections in 90 days and nothing else.<\/p>\n

Because Mr\u00a0Kenyatta shunned dialogue before Thursday\u2019s repeat poll, Mr Odinga holds that there is little else left to talk about.<\/p>\n

In an interview with CNN on Friday,\u00a0 Mr Odinga said that even if Mr\u00a0Kenyatta is announced the winner after Thursday\u2019s repeat election, the Jubilee Party leader will not have it easy ruling\u00a0Kenya.<\/p>\n

The opposition leader also advised Mr\u00a0Kenyatta to resign because the \u201clow\u201d voter turnout in Thursday\u2019s poll.<\/p>\n

The election was \u201ca vote of no confidence,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n

Asked whether his plan to form a national resistance movement was a way of goading Mr\u00a0Kenyatta\u2019s government into bloodletting, Mr Odinga said the activities the movement plans to wage are provided for in the Constitution.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs you know, our Constitution allows for picketing, for striking, for peaceful processions, for protesting and so on, and for boycott. So, we have several other means which are legal and constitutional at our disposal, which we will bring into play to put pressure on this government,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
