{"id":359318,"date":"2017-10-05T16:57:10","date_gmt":"2017-10-05T16:57:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=359318"},"modified":"2017-10-05T16:57:10","modified_gmt":"2017-10-05T16:57:10","slug":"class-one-teacher-named-best-teacher-at-world-teachers-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2017\/10\/class-one-teacher-named-best-teacher-at-world-teachers-day\/","title":{"rendered":"Class One teacher named Best Teacher at World Teachers\u2019 Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A class one teacher of Richard Akwei Memorial School in the Greater Accra Region, Faustina Thompson, has been adjudged the Overall Best Teacher at the 2017 International World Teachers&#8217; Day Celebration held at Koforidua in the Eastern Region.<\/p>\n<p>Faustina Thompson, who has been in the teaching profession for over 17 years, was awarded with a 3-Bedroom House which will be constructed at a place of her choice sponsored by the Ghana Education Service, and a GHC 50.000 life Insurance from SIC Life Insurance Company.<\/p>\n<p>The 1st Runner-up, Agnes Nutakor, a teacher at Kpeve Model School in the Volta Region, was also awarded with cash price of Ghc 110,000 and a Ghc 30,000.00 Life Insurance Policy also from SIC.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-359330\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/best-teacher-awards2.jpg\" alt=\"best-teacher-awards2\" width=\"700\" height=\"381\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-359324\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/best-teacher-awards7.jpg\" alt=\"best-teacher-awards7\" width=\"700\" height=\"411\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A teacher from Legon Presec in the La Nkwantanan Municipality also in the Greater Accra Region, Joseph Abusa, was adjudged the 2nd Runner up.
