{"id":359313,"date":"2017-10-05T19:06:07","date_gmt":"2017-10-05T19:06:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=359313"},"modified":"2017-10-05T19:06:07","modified_gmt":"2017-10-05T19:06:07","slug":"maritime-authority-fire-preliminary-probe-points-to-electrical-fault","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2017\/10\/maritime-authority-fire-preliminary-probe-points-to-electrical-fault\/","title":{"rendered":"Maritime Authority fire: Preliminary probe points to electrical fault \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Ghana Fire Service has said its preliminary investigation has revealed that an electrical fault is most likely to have caused\u00a0the <span style=\"color: #666699;\"><a style=\"color: #666699;\" href=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2017\/10\/04\/fire-destroys-records-at-maritime-authority-ahead-of-eoco-audit\/\"><strong>fire that gutted the office<\/strong><\/a><\/span> of the Ghana Maritime Authority (GMA), contrary to widespread suspicion of arson.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking in an interview with <strong>Citi News<\/strong>\u2019 Anass Seidu, the Public Relations Officer of the Ghana Fire Service, Billy Anaglate, said they are currently investigating to ascertain the real cause of the fire.<\/p>\n<p>[contextly_sidebar id=&#8221;vgqWJUpWmN8QCYJDAnPi9rgx9O1NZX6u&#8221;]\u201cWe are still investigating to know what exactly caused the fire.
