The National Communications Authority (NCA) has told\u00a0Citi Business News<\/strong>\u00a0it is open for negotiations with prospective buyers of the second 4G spectrum license.<\/p>\n The Chief Executive Officer, (CEO) of the NCA, Joe Anokye explained that the outfit will abide by best practices in the sale of the license.<\/p>\n Telecommunication companies have\u00a0complained about the high cost of the spectrum<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n They argue that the high cost has deterred most of them from purchasing it.<\/p>\n As a result, they have made appeals for the cost to be reviewed downwards to make it affordable for interested networks.<\/p>\n
