{"id":33958,"date":"2014-07-23T12:57:16","date_gmt":"2014-07-23T12:57:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=33958"},"modified":"2014-07-23T13:05:51","modified_gmt":"2014-07-23T13:05:51","slug":"npp-to-begin-vetting-presidential-aspirants-tomorrow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2014\/07\/npp-to-begin-vetting-presidential-aspirants-tomorrow\/","title":{"rendered":"NPP to begin vetting presidential aspirants tomorrow"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vetting of aspirants for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential race begins on Thursday ahead of the party\u2019s special congress on August 30.<\/p>\n<p>The Vetting Committee is chaired by party stalwart and former Member of the Council of State, Ama Busia.<\/p>\n<p>Other members of the Committee include Professor Michael Oquaye who is Chairman of the party\u2019s Constitutional and Legal Affairs, former Chief of Staff and Minister of Presidential Affairs, Kwadwo Mpianin is also a member by virtue of his position as Chairman of the Finance Committee.<\/p>\n<p>Most Rev.
