{"id":335797,"date":"2017-07-12T10:46:15","date_gmt":"2017-07-12T10:46:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=335797"},"modified":"2017-07-12T10:46:15","modified_gmt":"2017-07-12T10:46:15","slug":"well-empower-local-investors-free-zones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2017\/07\/well-empower-local-investors-free-zones\/","title":{"rendered":"We&#8217;ll empower local investors &#8211; Free Zones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The management of the Ghana Free Zones Board is ready to work with local investors to help equip them and expand their businesses to enable them to compete with foreign investors.<\/p>\n<p>[contextly_sidebar id=&#8221;K9ear4Zx5R0G732KNyc97yE6rRpvRgBx&#8221;]The Chief Executive Officer of the Board, Mr Michael Okyere Baafi said that strengthening local investors and companies were top on his outfit&#8217;s priorities, he said &#8220;it is our key priority to help in any way we can to strengthen the local investors because we believe in them and know perfectly that the hold the future economy of this country.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-335807\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Free-Zones-board-2.jpeg\" alt=\"free-zones-board-2\" width=\"1040\" height=\"584\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He was speaking on the sidelines of the Annual CEO&#8217;S conference held in Koforidua over the weekend to interact and share plans which will enhance the relationship and collaboration between the board and its investors.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-335815\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Free-Zones-board-6.jpeg\" alt=\"free-zones-board-6\" width=\"1040\" height=\"584\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mr. Okyere Baafi added that, &#8220;we as a body have three key areas we want to champion and the first is working with speed.
