{"id":334649,"date":"2017-07-07T10:16:31","date_gmt":"2017-07-07T10:16:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=334649"},"modified":"2017-07-07T10:16:31","modified_gmt":"2017-07-07T10:16:31","slug":"i-will-tackle-unemployment-with-govt-cash-ledzokuku-mp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2017\/07\/i-will-tackle-unemployment-with-govt-cash-ledzokuku-mp\/","title":{"rendered":"I will tackle unemployment with gov&#8217;t cash &#8211; Ledzokuku MP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Member of Parliament for the Ledzokuku constituency, Dr. Bernard Okoe Boye has pledged to channel government\u2019s one-million&#8211;one-constituency cash into solving sanitation and unemployment problems in the area.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, such issues have been a source of worry for many in the constituency hence his decision to inject the cash into creating jobs in the area.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the unemployment issue, the one district one factory and one million dollar per constituency policy together with other initiatives will be used to curb the situation. We will use part of the one million dollar fund to solve the drainage system here,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-334651 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/okoye-boye-2.jpg\" alt=\"okoye-boye-2\" width=\"768\" height=\"576\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Boye who unseated Benita Sena Okity-Duah in the 2012 general elections met with his constituents on Monday to listen to their problems.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to <strong>Citi News<\/strong> after the meeting Dr. Boye stated that he won\u2019t disappoint them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe constituents must know that I am with them and that I didn\u2019t fight for power for selfish gains. Fortunately they raised a lot of issues when I met them such as the problem of landing beaches, sanitation and unemployment. These are genuine concern I will take critical look at.\u201d The MP added that he had put measures in place to address the issues raised.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have started finding solutions to some of the problems.
