Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah, known in showbiz as Mzbel has spoken again about Christianity after she was heavily mauled for saying she did not believe in Jesus Christ, few years ago.<\/p>\n
This time, her thought about Christianity has gone beyond her disbelief in Jesus Christ; she thinks Christianity is idol-worship.<\/p>\n
\u201cMe, I think it is idol worshipping because I wonder why people will put an image of a white man in their chapel and worship it. Some even have to picture the image in their minds while praying,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
In chat with Zionfelix on \u2018Celebrity Ride,\u2019 she explained that the reason she said she did not believe in Jesus was that God is a merciful God who doesn\u2019t need to kill another person to forgive others\u2019 sins.<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t believe that God will have to commit murder to save sinners. If God will forgive your sins she will,\u201d she noted.<\/p>\n
However, Mzbel said she believes those who practice Christianity may have reasons they are in that religion but she will never go back to it.<\/p>\n
\u201cI believe in God but I don\u2019t believe we have to pray through Jesus through God. I don\u2019t believe that Jesus is God. But from Sunday school, people have been taught about Jesus so it is difficult to change their mind,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n
She said after not being content with Christianity, she tried other religions including Hare Krishna and realised it was also akin to paganism till she later met a Jewish teacher that took her through the old testament of the Bible.<\/p>\n
According to her, the Old Testament is more applicable and realistic to science and human life.<\/p>\n
Also on the show, Mzbel disclosed that she likes to date old men than the young ones. The \u2018Saucy Gal\u2019 singer told Zionfelix that she has dated more old men in her life because they are caring.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am an old man\u2019s girlfriend. Everybody in Ghana knows that I don\u2019t date young guys. If you are a young guy and I date you, I might break your heart. I like old men. They are very gentle,\u201d Mzbel stated.<\/p>\n
She added her love for the old men also has to do with the fact that they don\u2019t like too much sex.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey don\u2019t also like sex. They can\u2019t even have sex for long. You know, I don\u2019t like sex like that. I like sex once in a while,\u201d she quipped.<\/p>\n
When asked if that could be the reason people speculate that UT boss, Kofi Amoabeng is the father of her child Aaron, she said she had said several times that she has no child with the UT boss.<\/p>\n
