St. Teresa\u2019s College of Education in Hohoe in the Volta Region, has passed out\u00a0230 students at its 10th Graduation ceremony on Saturday, June 3.<\/p>\n
Six students emerged with first class Honours after the final\u00a0examination conducted by the Institute of Education of the University of Cape Coast.<\/p>\n
Speaking at the ceremony, the Second Lady, Samira Bawumia, charged the graduates to contribute towards achieving quality education in the country.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cIn the hands of a female teacher lies the core duty that heralds both a gloomy and bright dawn of the future, being the builder and moulder of a nation\u2019s destiny either picture would eventually materialized depending on how that duty is performed.\u201d<\/p>\n She noted that, good teaching transcended providing information to learners to also involve guiding pupils to appreciate the environment they live in.<\/p>\n
