{"id":325060,"date":"2017-06-03T14:00:11","date_gmt":"2017-06-03T14:00:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=325060"},"modified":"2017-06-03T14:00:11","modified_gmt":"2017-06-03T14:00:11","slug":"fifi-kwetey-launches-book-on-successful-living-photo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2017\/06\/fifi-kwetey-launches-book-on-successful-living-photo\/","title":{"rendered":"Fifi Kwetey launches book on successful living [Photos]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Member of Parliament for Ketu South and former Transport Minister, Fifi Fiavi Kwetey, on Friday launched his first book titled: &#8216;Golden Keys for Successful Living&#8217; to mark his 50th birthday.<\/p>\n<p>The book launch, which took place at the plush Holiday Inn Hotel in Accra, was moderated by one of Ghana&#8217;s finest and respected broadcast journalists, Mr. Bernard Avle of Citi FM.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-325073 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/fifi-kwetey-launches-book-11.jpg\" alt=\"fifi-kwetey-launches-book-11\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The program was attended by respected members of society including politicians from both the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), and the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-325072 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/fifi-kwetey-launches-book-10.jpg\" alt=\"fifi-kwetey-launches-book-10\" width=\"768\" height=\"543\" \/><\/p>\n<p>People from academia, corporate Ghana, and the media were also present.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-325142 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/dzifa-attivor.jpg\" alt=\"dzifa-attivor\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The immediate past Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah, who chaired the event, congratulated the author for putting together such a thought provoking book.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-325066 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/fifi-kwetey-launches-book-4.jpg\" alt=\"fifi-kwetey-launches-book-4\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This book will challenge everyone who reads it. It&#8217;s simply priceless and I am not surprised that Fifi who we have all come to know as a very intelligent man came out with this piece,&#8221; Mr Debrah stated.<\/p>\n<p>A one-time Minister for Youth and Sports, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, lauded Mr Kwetey for his efforts in sharing his honest thoughts on what true success means.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-325063 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/fifi-kwetey-launches-book-1.jpg\" alt=\"fifi-kwetey-launches-book-1\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Contemporary Ghanaian poet and spoken word artist, Nana Asaase, treated the audience to one of his flawless performances.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-325065 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/fifi-kwetey-launches-book-3.jpg\" alt=\"fifi-kwetey-launches-book-3\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" \/><br \/>\nAUTHOR&#8217;S MOTIVATION FOR WRITING THE BOOK.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I did not write this book with the sole aim of making money. It&#8217;s an effort to make a little contribution as to how we can solve the general problem of how to bring about transformation in our society. But for that transformation to happen, it has to first start with the individual,&#8221; Fifi Kwetey said.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-325062 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/fifi-kwetey-launches-book-15.jpg\" alt=\"fifi-kwetey-launches-book-15\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He added that &#8220;People need to understand that they hold the key to the transformation they want to see in their countries, world etc.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-325064 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/fifi-kwetey-launches-book-2.jpg\" alt=\"fifi-kwetey-launches-book-2\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;My book does not also shy away from the fact that strong values and character are necessary for successful Living.
