<\/p>\nFormer member of Praye music group, Eugene Baah known in music circles as Choirmaster, has joined a new group called Africa Connection in Australia where he went to perform at the Adelaide Fringe Festival recently.<\/p>\n
In an exclusive interview with citifmonline.com, Choirmaster disclosed that he met some great artistes while in Australia and decided to form a group with them.<\/p>\n
\u201cI joined a fresh group. We called ourselves Africa Connection \u2013 one from Kenya, Sierra Leone, and the other from South Africa. We did two songs which will be released soon,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Choirmaster added that he met Perfect Promotions, a very big Ghanaian music promoter in Australia who will be marketing his songs there.<\/p>\n
When asked how the reception was for him at his shows, he said the patrons were really wowed by his performances.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe reception was really good. I had a session with the Fringe Choir and I taught them a Ghanaian folk gospel song \u2018Da N\u2019ase\u2019,\u201d Mr. Baah noted.<\/p>\n
Choirmaster visited 5 states in Australia: Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne, Sidney and Canberra. He was featured on the Ghana Association\u2019s 60 years celebration programme played in front of the Melbourne Mayor.<\/p>\n

He also took the opportunity to visit a couple of radio stations include Radio Adelaide and Nova FM.<\/p>\n
The \u2018Obsession\u2019 singer was invited to Australia to perform at the Adelaide Fringe Festival, the second biggest festival in the world.<\/p>\n
The fringe festival invited her to perform at 11 avenues including Nexus Theatre, Port Dock Hotel, The Fringe Bar, The Oval Park, Rundle Mall, and other places. He performed from 28th Feb to 20th March, 2017.<\/p>\n

Choirmaster came into mainstream music in 2004, after he and two others (Praye) emerged winners at the maiden edition of the Nescafe African Revelations talent hunt. He went solo in 2014 and has since produced songs like \u2018Catwalk,\u2019 \u2018Ghana\u2019s Most Beautiful\u2019 and \u2018Pull Him Down.\u2019<\/p>\n
