Manufacturing giant, PZ Cussons Ghana Limited, has donated assorted items towards Citi FM\u2019s<\/strong> Easter Orphan Project.<\/p>\n

Citi FM<\/strong> on Easter Monday, April 17, 2017, will be presenting the items and cash donations to some orphanages it has adopted in the country.<\/p>\n

The Easter Orphan project seeks to support the orphanages, and ensure that they receive enough supplies to last them for a whole year.<\/p>\n

Some of the items donated by PZ Cussons include dish-washing liquid soaps, antiseptics, hand sanitizers and toffees from some of it brands namely Camel antiseptic, Premier family bar, Carex hand gel flip top, Morning fresh dish-washing liquid soap and Ginger and Cherry menthol.<\/p>\n

About Easter Orphan Project<\/strong><\/p>\n

Citi FM<\/strong> about 12 years ago adopted three orphanages for the project.<\/p>\n

They are the Baptist School Complex (BASCO) an orphanage at Trotor, near Suhum in the Eastern Region, the Handivangelism Orphanage at Haatso in Accra, and Mama Laadi Orphanage at Bolgatanga in the Upper East Region.<\/p>\n

Donations so far<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vodafone Cash, HFC bank, Ashfoam Ghana Limited, Promasidor Ghana, Krugerbrent Security Limited, Voltic Ghana Limited, as well as Students and pupils of Saps School Ltd in Teshie-Nungua, are among other companies who have so far donated towards the project.<\/p>\n

Some individuals have also donated their widows\u2019 mite towards the project.<\/p>\n

More donations welcomed<\/strong><\/p>\n

More donations are however welcomed. The donations can be in the form of cash or items including toiletries, bags of rice, canned foods, drinks, detergents, stationery and other non-perishables.<\/p>\n

Persons seeking to donate towards the project can come to the premises\u00a0of Citi FM at Adabraka, behind the Adabraka Police Station, or send cash donations via mobile money via 024-337-4093.<\/p>\n
