The circumstances that led to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) government to release the Montie Three cannot be equated to the forceful freeing of 13 youth standing trial for causing mayhem at the Ashanti Regional Coordinating Council, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, the General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has said.<\/p>\n
According to him, the NDC government\u2019s act was legal in the face of the law.<\/p>\n
