Various groups and individuals have joined Citi FM\u2019s<\/strong> campaign aimed at raising awareness on illegal mining, also known as Galamsey.<\/p>\n

Organisations such as the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC), and some other Ghanaians took to Twitter to express their concerns about the menace, which is destroying various water bodies and the environment in general.<\/p>\n

The campaign makes five clear demands of government to clamp down on the menace which is destroying the county\u2019s land and water resources.<\/p>\n
