The Bureau of Public Safety has called on government to formulate safety guidelines to guide revelers and holiday makers as being done in the road sector.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere should be speed limit for jet skis and boats on the various water bodies\u201d, the Executive Secretary of the Bureau, Nana Yaw Akwada told Citi News<\/strong>.<\/p>\n His call follows suspicions that Ghanaian hiplife artiste, Theophilus Tagoe, known in showbiz as \u2018Castro Da Destroyer\u2019 and his female friend Janet Bandu both drowned while jet skiing on the Volta Lake in Ada on Sunday.<\/p>\n A search party headed by personnel from the Marine Police Unit has been searching for the pair since the incident happened on Sunday without any success.<\/p>\n Speaking to Citi News<\/strong>, Akwada said the government\u2019s responsible agency and the \u201cMarine Police should be able to demarcate dangerous areas on water bodies to show no go areas for holiday makers\u201d.<\/p>\n \u201cIt is not difficult to do.
