A former Commissioner of the Commission for Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ), Justice Emile Short is calling<\/span> on government<\/span> to urgently implement the National Anti-Corruption Action Plan.<\/p>\n Justice Emile Short says implementing this plan will save government money.<\/p>\n Ghana has lost billions to corruption.<\/p>\n Parliament in a bid to fight the menace approved the action plan last Thursday.<\/p>\n National Anti-corruption Action Plan mobilizes efforts and resources of stakeholders to fight corruption.<\/p>\n It also aims to ensure efficiency, accountability and transparency in both public and private sectors by investigating and prosecuting corrupt practices.<\/p>\n Speaking to Citi News<\/b>, Mr. Short advised Parliament to implement the newly adopted plan.<\/p>\n \u201cThis is the first step and the greatest challenge is the implementation of the plan.
