{"id":297399,"date":"2017-02-27T07:00:13","date_gmt":"2017-02-27T07:00:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=297399"},"modified":"2017-02-27T07:00:13","modified_gmt":"2017-02-27T07:00:13","slug":"ill-be-a-father-for-all-ba-minister-assures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2017\/02\/ill-be-a-father-for-all-ba-minister-assures\/","title":{"rendered":"I\u2019ll be a \u2018father for all\u2019 \u2013 B\/A minister assures"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Brong Ahafo Regional Minister, Kwaku Asomah-Cheremeh, has assured the people of the region of his resolve to accommodate all, irrespective of their political or religious affiliation or socio-economic status.<\/p>\n<p>He has also called for collaboration from traditional and religious leaders in the region to enable him serve effectively.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wish to assure Nananom, workers and all the citizens of this region that I shall be a Regional Minister for all in the Brong Ahafo Region and not any one entity, organization or individual\u201d. he stressed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2017\/02\/27\/ill-be-a-father-for-all-ba-minister-assures\/asomah-cheremeh-visit-4-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-297413\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-297413 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Asomah-Cheremeh-visit-4-1.jpg\" alt=\"asomah-cheremeh-visit-4\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>He made the comments last Friday, [February 24, 2017] at a ceremony to officially welcome him to the region to serve as its minister.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Asomah-Cheremeh appealed to his political opponents to support him serve the people of the region.<\/p>\n<p>He said he required their support to enable him meet the challenges and development needs of the region.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2017\/02\/27\/ill-be-a-father-for-all-ba-minister-assures\/asomah-cheremeh-visit-3-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-297412\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-297412 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Asomah-Cheremeh-visit-3-1.jpg\" alt=\"asomah-cheremeh-visit-3\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe must recognize that our diversity in the source of our strength and unity, we live and interact in peaceful harmony\u201d, he emphasized.<\/p>\n<p>He said stakeholders must try to build a region devoid of political, religious and ethnic intolerance and seek to pursue an agenda that will pull both human and financial resources to build a just, fair and prosperous society.<\/p>\n<p>He appealed to the traditional authorities, Municipal and District Assemblies (MDAs), Regional Security Council (REGSEC) and other stakeholders to provide the necessary wise counsel to propel the development of the region.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2017\/02\/27\/ill-be-a-father-for-all-ba-minister-assures\/asomah-cheremeh-visit-2-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-297411\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-297411 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Asomah-Cheremeh-visit-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"asomah-cheremeh-visit-2\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Chief Director of the Regional Coordinating Council (RCC), Felix B.
