The committee investigating the bribery scandal\u00a0that has hit parliament\u00a0has adjourned sitting to Monday, February 20, following its invitation<\/a><\/strong><\/span> of the Member of Parliament for North Tongu constituency; Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa to testify.<\/p>\n The committee\u2019s Chairman, Railways Development Minister, Joe Ghartey, explained that the break in the committee’s sitting\u00a0was to accommodate Mr. Ablakwa’s request for the transcript and recording of the first sitting, where the First Deputy Speaker and Chairman of Parliament\u2019s Appointment\u2019s committee, Joe Osei-Owusu appeared.<\/p>\n
