The \u00a0Chairman of the Public Interest Accountability Committee (PIAC), Joseph Winful, has expressed doubts about the capacity of the Heritage Fund in its present stage, to meet the needs of the Free Senior High School policy.<\/p>\n
Speaking on Eyewitness News<\/strong>, Mr. Winful indicated that, the fund had less than\u00a0$300 million, while some analysts say the free SHS policy could cost the country GH\u00a23.6 billion yearly.<\/p>\n

This follows reports that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government could review the Petroleum Revenue Management Act to allow for the use of the Heritage Fund to finance its\u00a0free SHS<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0policy.<\/p>\n
