Danquah Adu by resolving his <span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong style=\"color: #666699;\"><a style=\"color: #666699;\" href=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2016\/02\/09\/abuakwa-north-mp-stabbed-to-death\/\">murder<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>According to the party, the late Member of Parliament, would have played a pivotal role in the Nana Addo-led administration.<\/p>\n<p>[contextly_sidebar id=&#8221;hCo3g9xJ3YxSHUz5eGhH2tDrEVezI3kC&#8221;]The Abuakwa North legislator was on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 stabbed to death at his Shiashie residence in Accra.<\/p>\n<p>Two days after his murder, the Accra Regional Police Command, led by COP Dr George A. Dampare, led an operation to <a href=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2016\/02\/10\/police-place-ghc10000-bounty-on-killers-of-late-mp\/\"><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong>arrest<\/strong><\/span><\/a> a suspect who allegedly confessed to committing the crime.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2017\/02\/09\/well-ensure-justice-for-jb-danqah-adus-family-npp\/jb-danquah-adu-anniversary-5\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-292508\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-292508\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/JB-Danquah-Adu-anniversary-5.jpeg\" alt=\"jb-danquah-adu-anniversary-5\" width=\"1040\" height=\"584\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Speaking to <strong>Citi News<\/strong> at a ceremony to mark the 1<sup>st<\/sup> anniversary of the death of the late Member of Parliament, a former Minister of Information in the erstwhile Kufour administration, Stephen Asamoah Boateng said the NPP is ready to assist the police to speed up the investigation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2017\/02\/09\/well-ensure-justice-for-jb-danqah-adus-family-npp\/jb-danquah-adu-anniversary-4\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-292507\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-292507\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/JB-Danquah-Adu-anniversary-4.jpeg\" alt=\"jb-danquah-adu-anniversary-4\" width=\"1040\" height=\"584\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe would have been one of the key members of this government. We have to maybe push the knobs from the angle of the investigation to move it faster.
