President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, together with some 30 African leaders, have committed to ensure that economic growth in their countries would lead to a more inclusive economy.<\/p>\n
This, they, said, would create jobs for the youth in the coming years.<\/p>\n
In a communiqu\u00e9 issued on Saturday, January 14, at the end of the 27th Africa-France Summit held in Bamako, Mali, the Heads of State agreed to the realisation of the commitment within the framework of the International Sustainable Development Agenda.<\/p>\n
The Agenda is a follow up to the Addis Ababa Action Agenda on Financing for Development, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and the Paris Agreement on climate change and the African Union\u2019s Agenda, 2063.<\/p>\n
With French President, Fran\u00e7ois Hollande, in attendance, development assistance amounting to 20 billion Euros to participating countries, by 2018, was pledged by France.<\/p>\n
