He revealed that it took him just 10 minutes to drive from Adabraka to Airport, a journey which usually takes about 45 minutes. ”Poeple have parked their cars generally; those who have fuel have also limited their moverment,” he added.<\/p>\n
Interview with motorists<\/strong><\/p>\n”I was here in the queue since 9:00am, before it got to my turn the petrol got finished; I have been here since morning and I am still waiting. I don’t intend going home, its a weekend and I will need fuel. I started the search from Achimota through Abelemkpe to 37 to Airport,” a motorist told Citi FM.<\/p>\n
Another added, ”I have been here since 12:00pm. I have been looking for fuel since two days; yesterday I was here and when it got to my turn they said fuel was finished. I have been to Teshie where I also didn’t get. I am trying to talk to someone to get me some from his car so i<\/span> can go home… Its bad, its bad…!”<\/p>\nOne of the customers said he had driven all the way from Tema but could not get any station that had Super in stock.<\/p>\n
”Yesterday I was here for about 5 hours I didn’t get fuel; I had to leave my car here; It been hell, I am really frustrated. Iam really disappointed in our leaders…,” another motorist said.<\/p>\n
