President John Mahama will deliver his final State of the Nation address to Parliament on January 5, 2017 at 10 am.<\/p>\n
According to a statement signed by the Deputy Director of Public Relations of Parliament, Kate Addo, the President will exercise this duty in accordance with Article 67 of the 1992 Constitution.<\/p>\n
The address was earlier tabled for Thursday, December 22, 2016.<\/p>\n
President Mahama will address the nation on the state of affairs two days before his exit from power on January 7, 2017.<\/p>\n
