Barclays bank has launched two credit cards as part of measures to improve service to its customers.<\/p>\n
According to bank, it launched the cards as a result of a survey it conducted to identify the important needs of its customers.<\/p>\n
The cards are the Platinum and Classic credit cards.<\/p>\n
Speaking to Citi Business News<\/strong> after the launch, the Product Manager at Barclays Ghana, Prosper Akoto stated that the cards will provide world class services to its customers.<\/p>\n \u201cIn our market we don\u2019t have so many credit cards on the markets and the way they are offered is not what the customers want, so we designed this product to satisfy our customer needs because we did some survey and realize what the customers need,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n He pointed out that the survey identified all the needs of customers of the bank and addressed them by the use of the card.<\/p>\n
