New owners of Alisa Hotel, Swiss Spirit International have expressed their resolve to introduce world class service despite stiff competition in the hotel and hospitality industry.<\/p>\n
The Greater Accra region over the past few years has seen some international hotels merge with local ones or build new ones in the country.<\/p>\n
Speaking to Citi Business\u00a0 News<\/strong> in an interview, the Chief Executive Officer of Swiss Spirit International, Henri Kennedie explained that the new management after taking over the hotel about six months ago has began training the workers on world class delivery.<\/p>\n According to Mr. Kennedie, Swiss International has the best hotel hospitality experience in the world, hence will inject such professionalism in Alisa.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are bringing above the line concept. It\u2019s a major concept. We are also bringing our conference concept and we are bringing below the line mentality change and we are bringing in change in the delivery of hospitality.
