The Ghana Police Service, the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), and the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI), have been sued to compel them to arrest a brother to the Local Government Minister, Alhaji Collins Dauda.<\/p>\n
Alhaji Dauda\u2019s brother, Abdulai Naaba, is alleged to have confessed to murder on Accra-based Atinka FM.<\/p>\n
The four applicants; Mohammed Bashiru, Zac Rahman, Sulemana Aliu and Joseph Manu, want the police to\u00a0take action.<\/p>\n
One of the applicants, Mohammed Bashiru, who spoke to\u00a0Citi News<\/strong>\u00a0lamented that, the police’s handling of the matter, has allowed the minister\u2019s brother to walk\u00a0free because of his relation to the Minister.<\/p>\n \u201cThe way Naaba is portraying himself, if you are related to a Minister, you can kill, you can maim, you can attack, you can do whatever you want and get away with it. Who knows who Naaba and his group will kill next?\u201d<\/p>\n
