{"id":26937,"date":"2014-06-24T08:23:47","date_gmt":"2014-06-24T08:23:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=26937"},"modified":"2014-06-24T08:40:58","modified_gmt":"2014-06-24T08:40:58","slug":"seven-reasons-why-dating-a-younger-man-makes-sense","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2014\/06\/seven-reasons-why-dating-a-younger-man-makes-sense\/","title":{"rendered":"Seven reasons why dating a younger man makes sense"},"content":{"rendered":"<div itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n<p>\u00a0A recent survey shows that 35 percent of midlife and older women who are single date younger.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s a solid reason for that: As women age, the man pool shrinks significantly, so dating younger only makes sense, says psychologist Dr. Belisa Vranich.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWomen start breaking the rules with what they should like when they see that the right height, age and income don\u2019t necessarily mean anything.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>So what makes a younger mate a good choice?<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>He is adventurous and fun.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 Young men tend to be more active and not set in their ways, says life coach and author of <em>Dating the Younger Man<\/em> Cyndi Targosz. \u00a0\u201cThis is very appealing to women looking to have fun and lead an active life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>The sex is great!<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 No brainer here.\u00a0 Older men simply cannot keep up sexually to a younger, virile, agile younger man.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>He is moldable.\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>Since younger men tend to be less set in their ways, women may have the opportunity to mentor a younger man into their image of their \u201cperfect man,\u201d says sex therapist Beatty Cohan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBoth have much to learn and experience from one another.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>He can be a fling or long-term.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 If a woman is just looking for fun and great sex, it may work perfectly until the good stuff wanes.\u00a0 If it is heading towards long-term, then it can be treated like any committed relationship.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>He keeps you looking good and feeling young.\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>Older women feel totally worshipped and desired in these relationships, says Targosz.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>He appreciates your independence and experience.\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>Older women are at a point in their life when they\u2019re not needy.\u00a0 Younger men tend to welcome their advice.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>He is turned on by her confidence.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 Some younger men say that older women get less upset about little things that girls their own age obsess over, Vranich says.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div itemprop=\"articleBody\"><a href=\"http:\/\/magazine.foxnews.com\/7-reasons-why-dating-younger-man-makes-sense#disqus_thread\"><br \/>\n<\/a>\u00a0Source: Magazine.foxnews.com<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0A recent survey shows that 35 percent of midlife and older women who are single date younger.
