Cal Bank Limited has donated items worth more than GHc50, 000.00 and cash amount of GHc2, 000.00 to the Echoing Hills Village Orphanage in Madina in Accra.<\/p>\n
The items included a polytank, bags of rice, detergents, soft drinks, gallons of oil, bags of water, plastic chairs<\/p>\n
Speaking at the presentation, the Head of Human Resources, Samuel Kwame Boafo said,<\/p>\n
the presentation is part of the Bank\u2019s Corporate Social Responsibilities.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe work in a Bank, our business is to help business grow; we make\u00a0 money in so doing but do not keep all those funds to ourselves. We make time to share and with all the various communities we operate from; that is why we are here.\u201d<\/p>\n
He further appealed to the Government and other corporate organizations to support the needy and people with disabilities in the society.<\/p>\n
A board member of the orphanage, Mr. Reindolf Ashley also thanked Cal Bank Limited for their generosity over the years and also appealed to benevolent organizations to emulate what the Bank has been doing.<\/p>\n
This event which was started two years ago is from the contributions of staff and management of the Bank.<\/p>\n
