challenging<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0her to show her husband to her constituents.<\/p>\nMadam Tetteh indicated that a number of NDC members in the constituency had taken offense to Mr. Andah\u2019s comments, of which he has remained unapologetic, though she herself stated that she is not disturbed by Mr. Andah\u2019s campaign attacks.<\/p>\n
\u201cQuite frankly I couldn\u2019t care less about Mr. Andah\u2019s attacks on me. They are not my problem and I don\u2019t even consider them to be an issue. If that is the way he wants to do his campaign that is his choice. I will do my campaign differently.”<\/p>\n
“But there are some people in this constituency who are members of my party who have taken offense and for that reason; a number of the NDC women who were planning to attend the debate had worn funeral clothes as a sign of protest,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Concerning the cancellation of the debate, Madam Tetteh revealed that from the discussions their NCCE platform, it appeared that Mr. Andah was concerned that protesters \u201cconstituted propaganda and he [Andah] would not like to see that present during the debate.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cFor this reason the NCCE decided to suspend the debate and postpone it to another day,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
