The Attorney General’s Department has filed a suit praying the court to orally examine Alfred Agbesi Woyome over the controversial judgement debt saga.<\/p>\n
The suit which was signed by the \u00a0Registrar of the Attorney General , James Mensah\u00a0 said \u201cAlfred Agbesi Woyome is hereby ordered to appear before this court on Thursday 10th<\/sup> day of November 2016 at 9 am in the forenoon to be examined orally on Oath by the 1st<\/sup> Defendant\/Judgment\/Creditor\/Applicant herein, to ascertain whether the 3rd<\/sup> Defendant\/Judgement\/Debtor has any property or other means of satisfying the Judgement.\u201d<\/p>\n It further stated that \u201cthis order is to be served personally on the within-named Alfred Agbesi Woyome.\u201d<\/p>\n
