Private legal practitioner with the Savannah Accelerated Development Authority (SADA), Mahama Shaibu Obei, has officially launched his campaign as the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary candidate for the Daboya-Mankarigu constituency in the Northern Region.<\/p>\n
He beat the NDC\u2019s incumbent Member of Parliament, Nelson Abudu Bani, at the party\u2019s primary and his main contender is the New Patriotic Party (NPP)\u2019s Samuel Tika.<\/p>\n
Mahama Shaibu Obei at his campaign launch outlined agriculture, health, education and peace advocacy as his major priority areas.<\/p>\n
