{"id":248825,"date":"2016-09-16T14:01:01","date_gmt":"2016-09-16T14:01:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=248825"},"modified":"2016-09-16T14:01:01","modified_gmt":"2016-09-16T14:01:01","slug":"ndc-to-host-over-50000-supporters-at-manifesto-launch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2016\/09\/ndc-to-host-over-50000-supporters-at-manifesto-launch\/","title":{"rendered":"NDC to host over 50,000 supporters at manifesto launch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The governing National Democratic Congress (NDC), says it is expecting to host over\u00a0fifty thousand supporters and sympathizers at its 2016 manifesto launch on Saturday, in the Brong Ahafo Regional capital,\u00a0Sunyani.<\/p>\n<p>According to the party\u2019s Brong Ahafo Regional Chairman, Opoku Atuahene, preparations to ensure a successful programme at the Sunyani Coronation Park for the thousands who will turn up are in place.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe venue is the coronation park, that is the stadium, the ground is almost ready. We are putting finishing touches here and there. The people that will come from this region alone will be about 20,000.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are expecting between 60 to 70,000 people to attend the programme this Saturday.
