The oil vessel which was reported missing off the coast of Ghana has been found.<\/p>\n

The Hijacked oil vessel found\u00a0was reported missing last Saturday after the captain sent a distress call\u00a0saying, the vessel was hijacked by pirates.<\/p>\n

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the First Garrison of the Eastern Naval Command, Lieutenant Maxwell Asola-Fadola in an interview with Citi News<\/strong> disclosed that every member of the crew on board the vessel is safe.<\/p>\n

According to him, the naval ship which was sent to escort the oil vessel towards Ghana\u2019s territorial waters confirmed the safety of the crew members with no casualty.<\/p>\n

The vessel, Lieutenant Asola-Fadola says was loaded with oil when it was hijacked.<\/p>\n

It was then moved to Nigeria, where the pirates \u201cdrained the vessel of all the oil on board and left it empty.\u201d<\/p>\n
