Her family has confirmed the death, which according to them was caused by lung failure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">She rose to prominence in 2010 when she released the smash gospel hit <em><strong>Kokoroko<\/strong><\/em><strong> <\/strong>which featured Timaya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">She will be remember for her inspirational songs and her powerful voice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Official Statement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">On behalf of the family\u2026.It is with a great sadness but grateful hearts that we announce the passing to glory due to Lungs failure this morning of our God\u2019s mouth piece, chorus leader, daughter, wife, sister, friend Kefee Branama Queen \u2026 May her beautiful, gentle and precious soul rest in perfect peace.
