{"id":236087,"date":"2016-08-02T11:33:19","date_gmt":"2016-08-02T11:33:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=236087"},"modified":"2016-08-02T11:33:19","modified_gmt":"2016-08-02T11:33:19","slug":"supreme-courts-judgement-on-montie-case-full-text","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2016\/08\/supreme-courts-judgement-on-montie-case-full-text\/","title":{"rendered":"Supreme Court&#8217;s judgement on Montie case [Full Text]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Supreme Court of Ghana sentenced two panelists and a show host of Accra-based Montie FM, to four months in prison each on July 27, 2016, after they were found guilty of contempt.<\/p>\n<p>The court also fined the three GHc30,000, with each paying GHc10,000.<\/p>\n<p>The panelists had on a radio discussion threatened to kill the judges for their handling on the lawsuit challenging the credibility of Ghana&#8217;s voters&#8217;
