Thursday morning\u2019s rain is said to have caused severe flooding on the Teshie- Nungua road.<\/p>\n

Houses in the area and the main road have all been affected by the flooding.<\/p>\n

A commuter who gave her name as Lamisi on the Citi Breakfast Show<\/strong> reported that motorists are being forced to go through the floods \u201cand the water is almost close to the window level.\u201d<\/p>\n

\"IMG-20140605-WA0004\"<\/a>The flood according to her has reached \u201cabove the lintel of the houses. It is a terrible and scary situation.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lamisi also mentioned that the intersection in front of the Kofi Annan Training Center on the Teshie-Nungua road is flooded.<\/p>\n

\"IMG-20140605-WA0007\"<\/a>\u201cThe roads and the drains there are all flooded. It\u2019s terrible so please I would like to urge motorists not to use the road. At least they should wait for the rains to subside,\u201d she cautioned.<\/p>\n
