Northern Region<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n[contextly_sidebar id=”7xiGeU4RfDFgQ2PgRacoi0vBF5J1fV35″]In an interview with Citi News<\/strong>, the Communications Director of the Tamale office of the GWCL, Nicholas Nii Abbey, assured Tamale residents that supplies will soon return to normal.<\/p>\n“Those who are staying at Dohin-naayili, Kukuo, Koblimahigu, Aboabo, Changli, Jakarayili, Zogbeli and Lamashegu are happy with what GWCL has done for them because today when they turned on their taps, portable water ran through; but for those who we had to drop a pump so that we could satisfy them\u00a0may definitely have a problem but bottom-line is that, we have resumed full production,” he said.<\/p>\n
The company is however hopeful that all the affected areas will be covered by the water distribution network by Tuesday.
